All orders are despatched within 2 working days, securely packed to arrive safely at your specified shipping destination. We ship to all International destinations using, First Class Royal Mail Post UK or Air Mail WORLDWIDE. An individual needs to be present at the given address on the day of the delivery. If not a delivery card will be left with instructions on how to collect the package.
Shipping, Handling & Processing Rates
We charge £5 GBP for Shipping, Handling and processeing for all orders worldwide. On all retail orders of £75 GBP or more the delivery is free of charge. This will be calculated automatically by our system.
Online Secure Transactions
We use SSL Encryption to ensure the security of your online transaction. We accept Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro and JCB. Wales is based in the Sterling Zone and therefore we quote the prices in GBP Pound Sterling (£). The $ USD prices on our product pages are just a guide. When you use your credit card to purchase the item via Worldpay, the amount will be deducted from your Credit Card balance automatically in your currency using the current exchange rate. All the prices noted during the order process are in UK GBP Pounds (£). You can also make a payment via Paypal.
What is the processing and delivery time?
All orders will be shipped after credit card approval and order processing. This process usually takes less than two working days, at which time the order will be shipped. Your order should reach you within approx 1-2 working days of dispatch within the UK, within 4-5 working days of dispatch to mainland Europe, within 5-7 working days to North America & rest of the world. These times are ESTIMATES and CANNOT be guaranteed.
A product is usually in stock unless a backorder notice is posted in the product description. We will notify you by email if, for any reason, the product is not in stock.
Our products are delivered in bubble wrap inside a strong carton, or a padded mailing envelope, as to avoid breakages. If requested we can include a message on a card with every order.
1. Should any package arrive in a damaged state or if we made an error in processing your order, please notify us as soon as possible and you will be given instructions on how to proceed. Merchandise delivered to the customer in a damaged or defective condition reported within 30 days will be returned, or exchanged at no cost to the customer.
2. If you are not satisfied -for any reason- with a product you received, it may be returned for a full refund minus shipping cost. To request a return, contact us by telephone or e-mail within 14 days and you will be given instructions on how to proceed.
3. All items must be returned in their original condition (unused).
4. We are not responsible for any damage to the goods during the return, so we recommend that the return shipment be insured and traceable.
