About the Author - Elin Meek:
Elin Meek was born in Swansea and was educated at 'Ysgol y Dderwen' and the Girls Grammar School, Carmarthen. She has adapted a wealth of books for children and adults over the years.
Elin says "When I was a child, I used to love to spend an afternoon reading in a sleeping bag with a stack of books at hand... Books have always been my best friends. Therefore, I enjoy adapting and writing books and I hope that some of my books will become someone else's best friend."
